The firm currently consists of two lobbyists, an intern, and a part-time secretary.
Marshall R. Collins, Esq. is an attorney and lobbyist with more than 24 years of political and regulatory experience. He has strong experience in the areas of economic development, utilities, health care, and small business. He has been involved in the siting of business throughout Connecticut and served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Connecticut, representing the Department of Public Utilities and the Connecticut Siting Council. He has practiced law before all levels of state and federal courts. He has served on various local boards and commissions and as an elected official.
M. Randall Collins Jr. is a legislative analyst with a wide range of political experience. He has worked on the staff of Lt. Governor M. Jodi Rell; as an assistant clerk for the General Assembly's Transportation Committee; and as an amendment clerk on the floor of the House of Representatives. He also has worked on General Assembly campaigns throughout Connecticut, and was a field coordinator for the Simmons for Congress campaign. He is also a member of the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
During the busy legislative session, additional staff assist with the increased volume of mailing and telephone calls. Additional lobbyists are retained on a project basis.
